Insurance & Fees
In order for Insurance to pay for ABA services, a person must has a medial assessment and Autism diagnosis from a licensed Psychologist, Psychiatrist. A school diagnosis will not suffice. If you need a medical assessment, check out our Resource page for links to reputable providers. We can provide a referral for assessment services upon request.

Single Services Fee Schedule
Parent/Caregiver Services: $45/hour meeting + $20 file review fee
A) FIE Breakdown & Explanation
B) IEP Review, Explanation, Recommendations
School Advocacy Services: $75/hour
C) ARD Meeting Advocacy Attendance
Requirements:

Services A & B require a file review prior to meeting with parents/caregiver. The $20 file review fee is required when scheduling the meeting, the remaining balance is due at the onset of the parent/caregiver meeting. All forms needing reviewed must be submitted 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.

Service C includes a file review, parent meeting prior to ARD, ARD meeting and a post ARD meeting. A non-refundable $35 fee is required to schedule the first meeting and will be applied to the remaining balance. The balance is due in full prior to the ARD meeting. Parent meetings before and after are estimated to be 30 minutes, ARDs are estimated to be 1 hour. Should the time need to be extended the remaining fee will be charged at the close of the final parent meeting.
