Behavior Technician (BT)

Behavior Technicians work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of ABA.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBTs provide direct therapy services while maintaining certification through the BACB. We support RBTs with ongoing supervision, skill development, and ethical guidance.

Student Analyst

Our Student Analyst positions are designed for individuals enrolled in a verified behavior analysis program who are working toward certification.

Support includes:

  • Supervised fieldwork hours

  • Mentorship from experienced BCBAs

  • Exposure to assessment, programming, and collaboration

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

BCaBAs support clinical programming and supervision under the direction of a BCBA while continuing to develop leadership and clinical skills.

This role focuses on:

  • Program development and data analysis

  • Supporting RBTs and Behavior Technicians

  • Growing toward independent clinical practice

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBAs provide clinical leadership through assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and collaboration with families and providers.
